ACCORDING TO	HOAI (GERMAN REGULATIONS ON ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS FEES)
	1. We apply German Regulations on Architects and Engineers Fees, reduced in up to 30%, resp. their equivalents in the country of suministry of our products, in case that it is required by the local authorities. Offers will be given in several regulation-related means and according to financial business managemant rules and calculations. 2. In other cases or when the preceeding #1 is not applied for legal reasons, the hereby presented products and fees are applied. 3. The hourly rate is fixed in 135 €. 4. The presented fees are applied nettos, adding sale taxes, if required.

ACCORDING TO	CONTRACTUAL ETAPS
THE PRODUCTS
A)	Projects
A1)	Preliminary studies, consisting in acquiring the necessary dates to develope the project and presentation of outlinings to the client.
A2)	Preproject, contains the presentation of plans, descriptions and calculations of possible solutions to the client and to the authorities. They conduce to the elaboration of the definitive project.
A3)	Project and presentation to the authorities for construction permits.

B)	Preparations for Production
B1)	Elaboration of the Construction Documents (Plans).
B2)	Elaboration of the Construction Documents (Specifications and quantities).

C)	Site Direction
C1)	General direction in site, execution control by means of coincidence with the permit plans, the norms and time and cost plans, as well as no technical coordination of contracters
C2)	Site engineer incl. general direction

THE FEES
	The fees for etaps A+B are given in the following table, according to the complexity of the project. You may take 1,00 € as 1,10 US$ for projects out of the €-zone. Minimum fees are 12000 € for a complete project. Fees for etap C are a basic 15,00 €/m2 VA (Vending Area), minimum 1500 €, additionally hour-based fees (visits to the site and authorities) or as a percentage of the construction costs. Additionally, VAT will be charged.

Berlin and Brandenburg and special cases (Only site inspection acc. to law)	Visits to the site or authorities will be remunerated with a minimum of 175 € for a maximum of 2 houres incl. journeys, additionally 135 € for each exceeding initialized hour. The hourly rate is fixed in 135 €. Viatics will be charged.

Division by subprojects	(professional areas) as follows:
1. Architecture:	50 %
2a. Installations : 2b. fire protection:	15 % 15 % aditional
3.. Structure incl. Thermical and Acoustic Protection:	35 %
	In case of no requirement of special installation projects, the architectural project is a 65%
	In case of parcial execution of products, fees are raised in 10 percentage points, due to the coordination costs.
	In case of contraction of only one or two professional areas, corrseponding fees are raised in 10 percentage points, due to the coordination costs.
	Repetition of projects means a fee reduction of the etaps A+B in 60%. More than 20 repetitions will be submitted to a special fee agreement.
	Cases of subcontraction of products by the client are treated in the following way: - Reduction of fees will be 15 % if the client bares civil responsability for the product - Additional reduction of 10 % is applied in case that the client gives equipment and working area to our disposal
